Effective 2026-10-10. These terms govern your use of orviqa.dev.
VECTRADB CONSULTING LTD, registered number 17053787, of 45 Peets Bridge Drive, St. Helens, England, WA9 5AQ (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Orviqa reads public GitHub repositories you select, produces an analysis and draft content from them, and — only where you connect a channel and approve a specific draft — publishes that content on your behalf. It is a drafting and distribution tool. It does not guarantee any outcome: not stars, not traffic, not acceptance by any community or platform.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done through your account. You must give accurate information and keep your email address current, since account recovery depends on it. One person may not create accounts to evade limits or suspension.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
You keep every right you already have in your code. Granting Orviqa access does not transfer ownership of anything. You grant us permission to read the repositories you select and to process their contents in order to produce the output you asked for, including sending that content to the AI provider named in the privacy policy. That permission exists so the product can work, and it ends when you disconnect.
You must only connect repositories you have the right to connect. If a repository belongs to an employer or a client, that is your responsibility to establish, not ours.
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we will tell you why.
You are the author and the publisher of anything sent out through Orviqa. A draft is a suggestion; approving it makes it yours. Every publish records who approved it and who sent it, and nothing leaves the product without that approval.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do need permission to store and transmit it in order to deliver it to the channel you chose.
Usage is metered in tokens. Buying tokens adds credit to your workspace’s ledger, and running an analysis consumes it. The ledger records every grant, purchase and consumption, and you can see it in the product.
Payment is taken by Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you buy, and tax is applied where it is due. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred between workspaces.
If something goes wrong with a purchase — a charge you did not expect, tokens that did not arrive, or a run that failed and consumed credit — email support@orviqa.dev and we will sort it out. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory right to cancel or to a refund that you have where you live.
We will try to keep the service running and we do not promise that it always will be. There is no service-level agreement here. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and where a change materially reduces what you have paid for we will tell you.
The service depends on GitHub, on an AI provider and on the platforms you publish to. When one of those is unavailable or changes its rules, parts of Orviqa will not work, and that is outside our control.
You can stop using the service at any time. Disconnecting GitHub in Settings removes the stored token immediately, and deleting your account is in Settings too. Deletion shows you what it will remove before it does anything, and it is irreversible once confirmed. Unused tokens are forfeited: they have no cash value, which is why the pricing page says so before you buy. What survives deletion, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.
We may end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop operating the service. If we stop operating it, we will give you notice and a way to export what you have.
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that the output is accurate, suitable for a given purpose, or free of error: it is generated text, you review it, and you decide whether to publish it.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
